Dear Parents & Guardians:
We want to clarify some important information regarding the Black Male Youth Summit. This summit is designed for your young man.
However, Parents, we are offering you continental breakfast, and a dedicated parent breakout session which begins at 10:30. So, you can stick around for a few hours 🙌🏾 However, after your session ends, we kindly ask that you leave.
If you need to stay in the area, there are eateries nearby where you can spend time. You can return and pick up your young man at around 3 PM.
Parents, we are so thankful for your support. We know without you - we would have little support but we want to create an inviting and safe environment for the young men.
We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication that may have occurred in our text messages or social media posts.
Once again, please note that this summit is specifically for your young black males. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
