What is The Black Male Teen Summit?
The Black Male Teen Summit 2026 is a one-day event for Black males ages 13–18, designed to empower, inspire, and equip them with the tools for success. This year’s theme, Mindset. Discipline. Lifestyle., represents the foundational framework we use to help young men develop from the inside out. We believe sustainable growth begins with how a young man thinks (Mindset), is strengthened by the habits he builds (Discipline), and is reflected in the daily choices he makes (Lifestyle).
The number Nine (IX) symbolizes wholeness, completion, and maturity. It represents the journey toward becoming a complete young man who understands his identity, accepts responsibility, and commits to intentional growth. When mindset, discipline, and lifestyle are aligned, a young man is positioned to move toward wholeness in character, purpose, and direction. This theme reflects our belief that growth is not accidental—it is intentional.
